Terms & Conditions of Shanmukha Caterers Private Limited
1. 50% Advance while placing order, 25% of Advance 2 days before commencement of program and the balance immediately on completion of work at the spot.
2. Water for cooking, Cleaning & Drinking and Electricity arrangements are to be provided by the party at the cooking place as will as dining hall.
3. Any changes in menu and in number of persons are to be informed in one week advance.
4. Refund Policy: All payments made are non-refundable. Once the booking is confirmed, no refunds will be provided in case of cancellation, reduction in guest count, or any other changes initiated by the client.
5. If the cooking arrangements are to be made at marriage halls or community halls, the kitchen has to be handed over to us before 8 hours and at the time of checking into the hall. The marriage party should be present at the spot with relative hall booking receipts.
6. The rents of tables clothes, crockery and cluttery utensils are to be borne by the party only.
7. Sales tac will be charged at applicable rates.
8. The change in menu or in number of persons will not be entertained after commencement of function.
9. Delayed payments attract interest at 18% P.A.
10. Transportation charge are extra if the catering arrangements are to be made beyond 10 K.M. from our office.
11. Any disputes subject to Hyderabad jurisdiction only.
