How to Cancel
To cancel a confirmed booking, contact us by phone (+91 98661 76781), WhatsApp, or email (info@shanmukhacaterers.co.in), quoting your event/order code. A cancellation is only confirmed once acknowledged by our team.
No Refund on Cancellation
As stated in our Terms & Conditions, all payments made are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed — this applies to cancellations, reductions in guest count, or any other change initiated by the client, regardless of how much advance notice is given.
Rescheduling
Instead of cancelling outright, we’re happy to discuss rescheduling your event to a different date, subject to availability — please reach out as early as possible. Rescheduling is offered at our discretion and does not entitle you to a refund if a new date cannot be arranged.
Cancellations Initiated by Shanmukha Caterers
If we need to cancel a confirmed booking for reasons within our control, you will receive a full refund and, wherever possible, our support in arranging an alternative date or vendor.
